In no event shall LuckLit, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; and (iii) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory.

8. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LuckLit and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of your use and access of the Service, or a breach of these Terms.

9. Termination of Account

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

10. Copyright Infringement

If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been infringed, please provide us with a detailed description of the alleged infringement by contacting our Grievance Officer.

11. Confidentiality

We will make reasonable efforts to maintain the confidentiality of the personal information you provide. However, you acknowledge that the internet is not a completely secure medium, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.

12. Force Majeure

LuckLit shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations hereunder where such failure results from any cause beyond LuckLit's reasonable control, including, without limitation, mechanical, electronic, or communications failure or degradation.

13. Compliance with IT Act and Other Laws

You agree to comply with all applicable laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the rules made thereunder. You shall not host, display, upload, modify, publish, or share any information that is grossly harmful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise unlawful in any manner whatsoever.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of Bengaluru, India.

15. Modification, Amendment, or Termination

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

16. Do Not Disturb

By using our Service, you consent to being contacted by us via phone calls, SMS notifications, and/or e-mails. If you wish to not be contacted, you must notify us in writing to unsubscribe from our promotional lists.

17. Consumer Grievance

For any grievances or concerns, you may contact our Grievance Officer. We will endeavor to address your concerns within one month of receipt.
