Our refund policy is designed to be clear and straightforward. We are committed to delivering our astrological readings in a timely manner. Refunds are issued only under the specific circumstances outlined below.

2. Eligibility for a Refund

You are eligible for a full refund only if we fail to deliver your purchased astrological reading to your account or registered email address within 48 hours from the time of your confirmed payment.

3. How to Request a Refund

If you have not received your reading within the 48-hour delivery window, you may request a refund. To do so, please follow these steps:

  • Wait 48 Hours: You must wait a full 48 hours after your purchase before submitting a refund request. Requests made before this waiting period has elapsed will not be considered.
  • Contact Support: Send an email to our support team at [refunds@lucklit.com] with your order number, the email address used for the purchase, and a brief statement requesting a refund due to non-delivery.

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive your valid refund request and confirm that the reading was not delivered, we will process your refund. The amount will be returned to your original method of payment within 3 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.

Important: Non-Refundable Circumstances

We do not offer refunds in any other case. This includes, but is not limited to, dissatisfaction with the content or interpretation of a reading, or changing your mind after a purchase. All delivered sales are final.
